Oversee daily business activities of the tasting room, improving overall business functions, training department heads, managing budgets, developing strategic plans, creating policies and communicating business goals.
Tasting Room Lead
Oversee all tasting room operations as the “team captain,” ensuring a superior level of customer service while filling in wherever needed to avoid disruptions
Greet and serve customers, educating them as needed on available products, stock the bar and maintain its cleanliness
Oversee all kitchen operations, including but not limited to purchasing food and stock as well as training staff on proper preparation and safety techniques
Assist beertenders in shuttling orders from kitchen to table and clearing areas as needed
Prep ingredients and assemble dishes according to predetermined recipes and specifications
