FRSH Woodfired Pizza is a San Diego based Mobile Woodfired Pizza Oven. Roman style pizza dough on-site in a woodfired oven at over 800 degrees! They ferment their organic dough for 48 hours to maximize flavor and digestibility and strive to use only the FRSH-EST ingredients possible.
