Proud as we are of our beer selection, the specialty cocktails we crafted at Bay City are one of the mainstays of our menu, offering a tasty alternative for anyone who’s not a big beer drinker. Strawberry Peach Lemonade

One of the many good things about a summertime drink in San Diego is that you can enjoy it practically year-round. Our strawberry peach lemonade is at your service from January to June and back again, whenever you want to enjoy #patiolife on our East Village rooftop bar.

What’s in this cocktail?

Mix Skyy Vodka, Peach Giffard Liqueur, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and top it off with soda water.

What does it taste like?

Summer in a glass. Blending the flavors of strawberries, peaches, lemonade, and vodka, this cocktail is fruity and refreshing. The sweetness of the peaches and strawberries pairs beautifully with the tartness of the lemonade, while the vodka adds a subtle kick of alcohol.

How strong is it?

Our standard pour for this includes 1.5 ounces of vodka, which is considered a single serving of alcohol.

Gameday Gang

A crowd-pleaser par excellence, the Gameday Gang was so named because it’s one of our crowd favorites to drink before catching a Padres game at Petco Park.

What’s in this cocktail?

Bacardi Rum, Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Giffard Orgeat, fresh pineapple juice and lime juice, and topped with our own Hazy Double IPA (Jucci Gang).

What does it taste like?

The Gameday Gang is our take on a mai tai. Ready for a delightful, refreshingly tropical combo of rum, pineapple, nutty almond, tart lime, and hazy beer flavors? You’re ready for a Gameday.

How strong is it?

Well-balanced and made to standard, this beer-cocktail is equal parts Bacardi and Captain Morgan topped off with our Jucci Gang beer (a staff favorite and clocking in at 8.5% ABV).

Coco Ono Piña Colada

We have no complaints when it comes to San Diego weather, but our Coco Ono Piña Colada will transport you to tropical climes and daydreams in the shade.

What’s in this cocktail?

Malibu Rum, coconut purée, and fresh pineapple juice topped with our own Coco Ono Hazy IPA.

What does it taste like?

Like a vacation in a tulip glass. Mixed with one of our draft beers, the Coco Ono is a balanced and harmonious blend of sweet, tangy, and creamy flavors that you can sip on our East Village rooftop with a complimentary skyline view.

How strong is it?

Think of this cocktail as a well-balanced tropical refresher with a standard 1.5 ounce pour of Malibu Rum. Given that Malibu Rum is only 21% ABV, we top it off with our own Piña Colada Hazy IPA (Coco Ono 6% ABV) to give it some extra love.

Jucci Whiskey Sour

A delightful twist on the classic whiskey sour, our Jucci Whiskey Sour is bound to please your palate — and make all you bourbon aficionados smile.

What’s in this cocktail?

Old Forester bourbon, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup topped off with our Jucci Gang Hazy Double IPA.

What does it taste like?

A better question still: Why is this cocktail so delicious? Probably because it’s so simple. The four ingredients in it mix so well together, and topping it off with our favorite hazy double IPA adds extra punch to this classic.

How strong is it?

The two ounces of Old Forester give this cocktail a bourbon kick, but the hazy double IPA swirls in some juiciness that balances the flavors out, making the Jucci Whiskey Sour more approachable than strong.

YACHTY Rita

You might not think you’re all about the yacht life — until you try the YACHTY Rita. Tequila, passion fruit liqueur, and agave? One sip, and you’ll feel like you’re sunning yourself on the deck of a superyacht bobbing atop turquoise waves.

What’s in this cocktail?

Jimador Tequila, Giffard Passion Fruit Liqueur, and agave, topped off with our Yacht Life sour.

What does it taste like?

Stylish. The Yacht Life sour fuses with the sweetness of the agave and the flavors of tequila and passionfruit. The YACHTY Rita’s got a bite to it, but it’s crushable and true to all margarita connoisseurs.

How strong is it?

A 1.5 ounce of tequila topped off with a splash of our Yacht Life Sour beer makes this cocktail easily drinkable and also made to standard.
